Return Policy

At SpiceBox Product Development Ltd. we produce high quality books, kits and activity products. The SpiceBox development and production teams works hard to make sure that the products you receive are of the highest quality. We stand behind our products and offer the following return policy.

A return may be made within 30 days of delivery of your shipment. The book, kit or product must be in its original condition to receive a refund. The product cannot be used or missing supplies or components.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of used or damaged items or items returned more than 30 days past delivery.

We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at SpiceBoxBooks.com. To be eligible for a return you must provide a valid online sale invoice number, this number will be on the invoice you received after you completed the online purchase. An additional copy of this invoice was emailed when you completed the sale online. We cannot exchange items.

If you bought the item from a retail outlet please return the item to the source of purchase location.

Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items SpiceBoxBooks.com can replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please fill out the product information form below and one of your representatives will contact you shortly.

Refunds We’ll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.

*If the item is damaged or missing parts, please include the lot number from the back of the product.
